Attend the 18th International Human Rights Summit!

You are invited to attend the Summit which will take place from 18-20 Julyat the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. 

Join officials, educators and advocates from around the world who all share a common purpose to bring about equality and unity through human rights education. Collaborate with individuals who are working to make human rights a global reality and establish international partnerships and friendships with delegates from around the world who share your commitment to human rights. 

The Summit is only 5 weeks away so make sure you register for your ticket now. Due to the strict security guidelines at the UN, only those who register for a ticket through the Summit website will receive a guest pass to enter the UN. Take the following steps to register your attendance

2. Submit any additional information if requested by the organizer

Important Information

Youth Program
Youth between 18 to 35 years of age who are active with the Youth for Human Rights campaign and promote human rights through education are encouraged to apply for the Summit’s Youth Program where they can represent their country as Youth Delegates or return as Senior Delegates, if they have participated in previous years. Select “Apply as a Delegate” on the landing page of our registration website at humanrightssummit.com

The Summit Youth Program applications close on Monday, July 1. If you have already started your application, please get it completed as soon as possible. 

Ticket Registration
We recommend early ticket registration so your application can be processed. If you have started but not completed your registration, please do so now. For security reasons, access to the United Nations is granted only to fully registered participants for the Summit.

Fees
There are no registration or entrance fees for the 2024 Summit meetings or events.

Visas and Immigration
Conference attendees requiring visas to enter the United States should apply immediately as the Summit is only 5 weeks away. You will have to allow time for the application process.  

ESTA

If you are coming from one of the following countries, you are eligible to travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program. You will only need to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) which can easily be done online following this link: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/. You should then receive the results of your application within three days, or 72 hours.

The countries eligible are: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom.

OTHER VISAs

If you are from a country not mentioned above and need a visa, please apply for one at the US Embassy of your country.
