Dear ILO Representatives,

On behalf of USA Global Human Rights Organization, submit this formal complaint regarding the Kurdish Regional Government’s (KRG) ongoing failure to pay workers across multiple sectors, including teachers, healthcare workers, and public employees. Chronic salary delays, wage cuts, and deteriorating labor conditions have left thousands struggling, violating:
	•	ILO Convention No. 95 (Protection of Wages)
	•	ILO Convention No. 98 (Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining)

Despite repeated protests, the KRG has failed to resolve these violations, worsening economic instability. We urge the ILO to investigate, demand immediate corrective action, and hold the KRG accountable for labor rights abuses.
