Strengthening Local Capacities: Relationship Management Training in Darbandikhan

As part of the continued efforts of the U.S. Global Human Rights Organization – Kurdistan Region/Sulaymaniyah Branch – to enhance institutional capacities and promote human rights values, a two-day training course entitled “Relationship Management” was successfully conducted in the Darbandikhan District.

The training was held at the Darbandikhan Technical Institute and was delivered by Professor Dr. Kawa Mohammed Faraj, who provided a comprehensive and practical approach to managing professional and organizational relationships.

The course targeted local officials and staff from various sectors within the district, aiming to strengthen communication, coordination, and teamwork in public service and community engagement.

The U.S. Global Human Rights Organization extends its sincere gratitude to Dr. Rizgar, Dean of the Darbandikhan Technical Institute, and to the entire staff of the institute for their outstanding cooperation, logistical support, and commitment to the success of the training.

This initiative reflects the organization’s ongoing mission to empower individuals and institutions through education and collaboration in the field of human rights and community development.
