Membership Requirements:
Annual membership dues for individuals are minimum $300

Minimum annual membership contributions for organizations are based on an organization’s annual budget:

Rules of Membership
1. Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who support the mission and values of the USA Global Human Rights Organization.
2. Application: Applicants must submit a completed membership application form along with any required fees.
3. Membership Types: The organization offers various membership types, including Individual, Family, and Student memberships, each with its own rights and privileges.
4. Rights and Responsibilities: Members have the right to participate in organizational activities and receive updates and information. They are also expected to uphold the values and objectives of the organization.
5. Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated if a member acts in a manner inconsistent with the organization’s values or fails to comply with its rules and regulations.
6. Fees: Membership fees are determined by the organization and are subject to change. Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
7. Amendments: These rules may be amended by the organization’s board of directors with proper notice to the members.
8. Non-Discrimination: The organization does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability in its membership and activities.
9. Confidentiality: Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared within the organization and not disclose it without authorization.
10. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the organization and its mission, both in-person and online.
11. Voting Rights: Members in good standing have the right to vote in organizational elections and on important matters affecting the organization.
12. Grievance Procedure: The organization has a grievance procedure in place for members to address any concerns or complaints they may have regarding the organization or its members.
13. Volunteer Opportunities: Members are encouraged to volunteer their time and skills to support the organization’s activities and initiatives.
14. Annual General Meeting: The organization holds an annual general meeting where members can participate, receive updates on the organization’s activities, and provide input on its direction.
15. Membership Benefits: Members may be entitled to certain benefits, such as discounts on events or publications, as determined by the organization.
16. Ethics and Integrity: Members are expected to uphold high ethical standards and act with integrity in all their interactions related to the organization.
17. Professional Development: The organization may provide opportunities for members to enhance their knowledge and skills related to human rights through workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
18. Collaboration: Members are encouraged to collaborate with other members and organizations that share the organization’s mission and values to further the cause of human rights.
19. Social Media Policy: Members are expected to adhere to the organization’s social media policy when representing the organization or discussing its activities online.
20. Resignation: Members may resign from the organization at any time by submitting a written resignation to the organization’s board of directors.
21. Expulsion: The organization reserves the right to expel any member who engages in conduct that is deemed detrimental to the organization or its mission, following a fair and impartial process.
22. Membership Renewal: Memberships are typically valid for a specific period and must be renewed annually or as specified by the organization to maintain active membership status.
23. Use of Organization Name: Members may use the organization’s name and logo in accordance with the organization’s branding guidelines, subject to approval by the organization.
24. Conflict of Interest: Members must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from decision-making processes where such conflicts may arise.
25. Participation: Members are encouraged to actively participate in meetings, events, and initiatives to support the organization’s mission.

27. Record Keeping: Members are responsible for keeping their contact information and other relevant details up-to-date with the organization.

30. Intellectual Property: Members must respect the organization’s intellectual property rights and not use any materials or content without permission.

44. Partnerships: Members should support and seek partnerships with other organizations that align with the mission and values of the USA Global Human Rights Organization.
45. Advocacy: Members are encouraged to engage in advocacy efforts to promote human rights and support the organization’s mission.
46. Training: The organization may offer training sessions to equip members with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute effectively.
47. Recognition: The organization may recognize and reward members for their contributions and achievements in support of its mission.
